I was in a pretty tough position last week where my wheels and tires could have come off my car while driving. The total bill was more than I was ever expecting for that day, but the work needed to be done. Jerry and his team went above and beyond, getting me out the door in 3 hours and even took off almost $100 from the total. Even without that discount, the total price for the parts and labor was very fair. If you need reliable, honest work done I would highly recommend Brakes Plus!

I was nervous to bring my Volkswagen to a new mechanic just coming from Florida. Nicholas made me so much more at ease. M explained everything in detail and the estimate was reasonable. Nicholas kept me updated through the service. My daughter brings her car here now too. I feel like we’re in good hands. Highly recommend!!!

Went with my car's knuckle, asked if they could use their ball joint press to insert a ball joint into the knuckle, willing to pay for it. They wanted to charge me for 3 hours of work (roughly 500 bucks) to what amounts to a 2 minute job. Completely unironically. All I wanted them to do was take the knuckle, put into press, insert ball joint, and give back knuckle. Will never go to ANY Breaks Plus again. Will never recommend anyone to go here and will ACTIVELY avoid at all costs. The place is a rip off and their employees lack common sense.

Went in for a wheel alignment. Was out the door in less than an hour, steering feels great! I was given a 20 dollar discount off what was already a reasonable price. Service advisor Cody went over the numbers with me. Good experience, I will use this shop in the future.

Shoutout to Nicholas and the manager, Jerry they were both incredibly helpful and professional. They took the time to answer my questions, made the process smooth, and genuinely cared about helping me out. Great customer service all around. I really appreciate the support.
