I cannot recommend Brasi Automotive Repair enough. ‼️‼️‼️ I’ve brought my car here multiple times for different services including coil and spark plug repairs, transmission oil changes, and general check-ups, and every single experience has been outstanding. What really sets them apart is their honesty and professionalism. They are always upfront about what the car needs, explain everything clearly, and never try to upsell unnecessary work. Got my exhaust worked here. Worst experience of my life. Halfway into my exhaust system, they told me to test drive it. When I got back another car was on the lift. Brasi's employee said sorry "this just came up". I had to come back the next day. I live in Eugene so the drive isn't close. They tried charging me 650 just to cut my resonators, mufflers and add new mufflers with tips. I thought that was outrageous. I only paid him 550. As I was driving it home on stops I would hear rattles. Brasi's employee didn't tighten the exhaust and my muffler tip on the left side fell off in the freeway!!! Heard about them from a friend, truly one of the best shops around. Every time I have gone to Brasi Automotive, I have felt like Michael and Gabe truly care about the safety and quality of work done to my vehicles. I have brought in everything from newer BMWs, to older Fords, and have never been dissatisfied. They let me know about any other issues prior to starting the work, and even worked with me about recommending which services to perform next, and we're understanding of my financial situation and we're willing to help me take care of the most important things to my my car safe. Brasi Automotive is hands down the best shop I have been to. Their attention to detail and thoroughness is outstanding. Professional and reasonably priced. They always check with you to get approval of repairs and will also give you a heads up if there are other issues they find. They even went one step farther in taking videos of the problems they found. Which they showed me and gave me a direct picture with what I was dealing with. I not will take my vehicles to another shop. Brasi is the best!
