What started off being a completely stressful experience ended with a lifelong choice to use and recommend Integrity Towing and Recovery. Tom was so friendly and accommodating and made a potentially terrible situation so much better. As a woman by herself just getting off work from night shift, I was scared and anxious when my car broke down in the middle of busy morning traffic! I was anxious and scared until he came and made sure I was put into his heated truck while he loaded my car. During the drive he helped me with info for my next step with insurance and I couldn't have been more grateful! I recommend this towing & recovery service over any other and I will never forget Tom and his tow truck!

Tom and Joe came to my rescue today on I-5 in Salem. Clutch went out completely. The guys were very professional and courteous, and also very personable. Integrity hauled my restoration project to the shop. both guys were great. super professional, easy to communicate with, and they arrived early. Definitely recommend...alittle spendy is my only low mark, but hey, the business needs to make a living so I get it. thanks again fellas
