Emerald Pointe Senior Living Community

This place was impressive looking on the inside. It is very spacious, clean and professional looking. The staff were well mannered and polite. My aunt is living there now. She loves it.

Obviously this is not a legitimate review. This person clearly intends to defame and libel our community. We have over 140 residents living at Emerald Pointe who compliment us daily on the high quality of our food and the services we provide. Readers should ignore this review and come to Emerald Pointe to see our beautiful community in person. You are welcome to talk with our current residents to experience for yourself how happy they are.

The staff at Emerald Pointe will always hold a dear place in my heart! They showed so much compassion to our family during one of the hardest transitions of my parents lives, going from being somewhat independent to needing more and more care. I honestly don't know what I would have done without the help we received from everyone who worked there! Especially Cari, Zac, Kelly, Sarah, Arianna, Emilee and Butch! Sorry to anyone I may have forgotten, you all went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible until I was able to get my parents into assisted living. Emerald Pointe is a beautiful place to live with amazing food, fun activities and very friendly nice neighbors at the best price I've seen in the Salem Keizer area! During my brief yet memorable stay at the Emerald Pointe in Keizer Oregon I had the great misfortune of sampling from the menu of meals which were a mandatory charge included in my monthly rental fees. From tripe hamburger cuisine and mystery meat sloppy joes to chicken pot pies one wonders how they can use the word gourmet in advertising these overpriced reheated meals. Who are they kidding, I wouldn't feed this to barn animals. And did I mention the mandatory cleaning service? Allegedly someone pushes a vacuum through the center of apartment once a week. Don't expect a mint on the pillow. As these are mandatory paid services one would expect a minimal level of proficiency and a reasonable outcome. Thankfully were no longer in Keizer anymore Toto. You've been warned!
