Stopped by the shop to get an estimate on my Mercedes interior vents to be fixed. They sent me an email a few days later. I questioned the pricing as it was high and could find the part for much less, instead of just explaining themselves and their methods of attaining these parts, the owner took it upon herself to email me, and turn away my business “as its best I find another shop because I do not trust their expertise” I didnt realize questioning a quote on a car part was uncommon in auto repair business.. oh well
