Terrible. Fiance brought in vehicle the morning of appointment, waited all day and got a ride from work just to get there and find that they were off for the day (Friday). They claimed they called to tell about the "long weekend" they decided to go on but we checked our records found no calls from the day before they claimed to call. Fast forward to the next Tuesday, as the Monday was a holiday. The car needed an alignment. Fiance spoke with the technician working on the car and he said that it needed another part to be able to be aligned, Tech said that he would get a quote and call back. Fiance never got a call back and when Fiance eventually called back, they said that the car was ready. Fiance gets to the shop and they said it wasn't done. I have always had a great experience here. Mike is very honest and does not do work on your car unless it is absolutely necessary. I was told by another garage ( dealership) that I needed a head gasket, temperature gauge and it was going to be over $3,000.00 , I had Mike look at it and he was very honest with me and told me that I would be wasting my money. Here it is 1 and 1/2 years later and my car is still running fine. Thanks Mike!!!

A handful of times in the last few years Mike has helped me out in a pinch when other places said they couldn't or wouldn't, even when the shop was noticeably busy. And every time he's friendly and in good spirits and just all around great to work with. To be clear, I go to Kresges when I'm not in pinch, too, and they do good work. Appreciate you and your team, Mike.

Came in with some problems thinking I had some serious issues, as well as a check engine light and a coolant leak that appeared after a visit to another shop. The guys there not only got my car in super fast, they found the problem that was causing the check engine light, found my coolant leak and showed me what my car needed... and I mean actually needed. So now my parts list alone has changed from over 2k to that much for the entire job!!! I couldn't be more pleased and will be having all of my service done there now. PS they rectified the coolant leak before I left the shop!!! This shop continues to impress me. Mike is the best
