I spent over 1200 to have new struts put on my car. Instead of talking to me about what kind of parts they can get. They opted to put the cheapest strut on my car. Poor assembly and had to have two replaced after 6 months When I asked why it failed so quickly. They replied "cheap parts" and that "they dont make the OE parts anymore" went online and there they were so that was a lie. Alignment down the drain plus another that I had to get done once they replaced the two. Said they would replace these struts with OE ones and never called me back. It sounds worse then it did before I had mine replaced. Car makes a ton of noise and ill have to have them replaced by a mechanic that wont play games. Honestly these guys will put the cheapest parts on your car if you dont ask what youre getting.

I’ve lived in this town for almost 5 yrs and have never been able to get in to see them because of their extreme wait for any service I needed. Last yr I called them when I was in a dire circumstance with a car issue, and they didn’t even try to squeeze me in. This time I was told to wait 6 weeks for an oil change. I think they only see their regulars and the few times I stopped by in person, they weren’t very attentive or interested in getting new business. A bummer.

There’s a reason they’ve been voted #1 by the community for 24 years in a row. They do good work, the prices are reasonable and they’re honest in telling you when you do or don’t need something done. I live out of state now but drove an hour and a half back to get my car fixed. As my mother said when we were leaving: “I don’t know what we’re going to do when that man retires!”

Unbelievably friendly, helpful, and a good price. I have gotten same day service here in the past or scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. Recently on a scheduled repair he fixed up my bumper free of charge and did the work $100 less than originally quoted.

You will not find a more honest, hard-working, talented mechanics anywhere that are better than these guys at Fletcher's Auto. They will never attempt to sell you something that you don't need or tell you that something's broken that's not. Their prices on labor or super reasonable, and they do the job right the first time and you never have to go back for the same problem. This small family owned and run shop is trusted buy all the natives and locals in the area. The owner and all of his workers are always smiling, and help you the minute you walk through the door. I wish they had more stars to rate this place with! And the turnaround is extremely fast I'm getting your vehicle back to you.
