I dropped my truck off last Thursday and was told work would start Monday. After holding my vehicle for an entire week, I had to call for an update — only to be told they don’t even rebuild my type of transmission. That’s unacceptable. A full week wasted with zero progress and no communication. If this shop doesn’t handle certain transmissions, that should have been said on day one — not after sitting on my truck for seven days. Because of this, I had to pay to tow it somewhere else and now I’m down at least another week. As a business owner, that directly impacts my income and my customers. Poor communication. Poor management. Completely avoidable.

Glen did a great job at an honest price! I still had an issue after I picked it up, so Glen told me to bring it back in and he fixed it very quickly and free of charge! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone having transmission issues!
