Briarwood Ford Value Center

I came to Briarwood Ford as a first time car buyer interested in a vehicle I found on their online inventory. I was very, very happy with the service I received. My salesman was Karl Dyke, and he was great! I had a lot of questions which I sent via e-mail and left voicemails. Karl promptly responded to all of my questions politely, despite the fact that these were probably common sense to most buyers. He handled everything quickly, and was very courteous about delays due to my timeline. From start to finish, this experience was made easy and pleasant and I never felt any apprehension or doubt during my purchase. I am now the proud owner of a Ford Fusion at exactly the price I requested. I would highly recommend Karl and Briarwood Ford.

I set up a time to look at a vehicle the day before with one person (11:30 am). Later that day I left a message requesting a confirmation call regarding the appointment (5:00pm). Hearing nothing the next morning, I called and spoke to a second person who re-assured me that there would be someone there to show me the car (10:30am). I left my home around noon. After driving an hour and a half I received two consecutive calls at 1:30 and 2:00 pm and a voicemail from the salesperson asking to "go over a couple things." I did not get an answer when I returned the call at 2:44 when I stopped for lunch near the dealer (no cell phone while driving) so I left a voicemail. This voicemail was not returned.
