Water pump remove and replace. Fair labor parts marked up from retail. I paid and went out to look it over. Nuts. Both techs took it out for a joy ride probably lunch or bears? Both floor mats full of mud. Don't know where you find Mud in The Middle of the summer in grant's pass. When it's a 105° outside also, their dirty clothes transferred the grease onto my seat, they broke my air horn under the hood. It's been there for you know, decades. The trucks are no too somehow they decided to just lay on it. And break it, not say anything or do anything about it. There's a whole bunch of other things. I just want to say that the basic work was done decent.The water pump is held and doesn't leak, but at the cost and disrespect.I would never recommend anybody to go to this place.They also charge

When I lived in another state, I drove past six mechanics to do business with the best mechanic in my area. Now, living in Grants Pass, I’m lucky to live very close to a great shop, Bridge Street Auto. I’ve found that they are honest, and do good work at fair prices. Even if I lived on the other side of town, I’d still choose Bridge Street Auto to maintain my vehicle and keep it running like a champ.

I'm impressed they quoted 721 they charged 698 and it seems like may have had trouble with a spark plug wire along they way replaced it free of charge they are nice people and appreciated the work these are good honest folks right here id recommend them highly thank you

Excellent customer service. The service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The mechanic (Victor) was willing to speak with me & answer all of my questions, and explain every thing so that I could understand. He was very thorough in his work (and found a few safety issues that I was unaware of), very knowledgeable, and detail oriented. The garage was tidy and I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time for a decent price. I was so impressed that I took a second car to him that another, local shop couldn't solve a problem after ten days in their shop. Victor fixed the issue right away. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else now.

We highly recommend their services! We had a gas leak when fueling our RV. I was unable to find anyone to repair timely until I contacted Bridge auto repair! They were efficient, very timely and quickly had our repairs done! The staff were all very friendly and pleasant! We will definitely use them again as needed!
