Truly, these guys are great! I have been bringing my truck here for the past six years. They are very honest and upfront if there’s anything wrong with anything. Their services are fair and very good with communication. My wife has been bringing her car there for well over 10 years. And her parents have been going there forever. Definitely if you’re looking for a new place to go to bring your vehicle, I would highly recommend Bridge St Auto. Their pricing for parts and labor is fair and not super expensive. Of course it depends on what you’re getting done. Even if they have to order parts, sometimes your car has to stay overnight or other times they can get parts needed in the same day. Sometimes what I’ll do is I’ll park my truck in the parking lot the night before, and then it’s ready

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Went in for ONE tire change, was very clear, even wrote it on the drop off slip. MIKE told us we needed the other back tire to be replaced. We said not this time but thank you for the warning. We came in to pick up our car and had both tires changed. OUT $600 when we were expecting $300. They are genuine scam artists. DO NOT GO HERE EVER

A great place to go to even if you don't know much about cars. I went to 3 different shops and this place was the one that didn't make me feel like an idiot. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike, he was friendly and understanding and he gave me the full run down on my repairs. It was in the shop 3 days and he updated me every additional step of the way. Highly recommend to people looking to repair their vehicles to be able to pass inspection. I still have more repairs that weren't able to fit my budget but this is going to be the place I go to to get them done.
