Tons of staff, attentive, and courteous. Biggest problem: you’ll be waiting forever. 8:30 AM appointment to inspect my brakes and as of 11:30 AM, 3+ hours later, I am still here. This is way too long. They need to learn that even though people will wait 3-4hrs for a simple service without directly complaining, I don’t think this sits well with others nor myself. You need to either hire more staff and get more service bays or schedule less appointments because this is terrible. RESPONSE TO DEALERSHIP: Nothings worse than a defensive leadership team. Just own it. I checked in at 8:44 AM and left after 11:50 AM which equals 3+ hours. My review is accurate. It doesn’t help your case that I had an appointment and should have been helped ASAP. Great overall experience. I had an oil change and a few warranty issues that were addressed to my satisfaction. Jayson my service advisor was great to deal with.

I, like most corvette owners, we’re weird when it comes to our cars. Our toys. I couldn’t find or trust any local dealer by me to perform the GM 7500 mile complimentary service for my C8 z06. Called 2 local dealers and the person setting my appointment up didn’t really know anything about what’s going on. Didn’t understand the Gm complimentary service, didn’t really understand or care about my questions about my visit. I wanted someone who has experience working on corvettes and the other dealers all I got was, “we pick anyone at random who’s available to perform services on customers cars”. Yeah not the answer i wanted to hear. I tried calling ciocca whom I bought my c7 z06 from cause they gotta have a corvette tech on site if they sell tons of corvettes a year right? First off, I’d like to say that the service writers were great, professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the actual service performed on my vehicle. This is the only reason i gave 1 STAR !! For context, I’ve been a technician in my earlier years and even ran my own repair shop, so I’m very familiar with how dealership and automotive service operations work. I purchased a 2018 Tahoe late last year and recently brought it in to have a few things done, mainly because I simply didn’t feel like lying on the floor to handle it myself. I noticed the transmission was shifting a bit off, so I requested a transmission flush and new filter. I also asked for a coolant drain and refill since I’d seen some irregular temperature fluctuations.

Jay Figuaroa is a top-tier Salesman. I replace vehicles every year from excessive driving for the last 25+ years and have dealt with all types of Salesman. I talk fast and have little to NO patience! Jay was knowledgeable, sharp and quick. I was in and out in 2.5 hours tops which is record time for me!
