Briggs Dodge Ram Fiat Service Center

I'd been looking to buy a used Jeep Wrangler for about a month, and this dealership had one that checked the right boxes for me. I stopped in today for a test drive, and decided to make the purchase. Dale Henderson was my initial point of contact, and he guided me through the whole process well, coordinating with all other necessary staff and making the purchase process easy. I appreciated the attentiveness, transparency and the conversations with him and other staff throughout the process. All staff were great to work with and I will definitely start at this location if/when I look to make my next purchase.

I am very impressed with the service. By that I mean both the work that was done and the people. Everything is done top notch with highly trained technicians. They always remember me and even professionally installed a specialized part that I brought with me. Service tech Paul was very kind to advise me later when a small issue came up. Good price. I will be happy to bring my Cascada here again.

Brett at the service center was WONDERFUL to work with. Had issues with my motor mounts and axel and he was so helpful and was able to get everything covered under my extended warranty and was only $100 out of pocket! He took the time to ensure to keep me informed along the way and was a fast experiene. Brett deserves a raise!

Enjoyed having Dale Henderson as my sales representative he went above and beyond to get us set up in my newer ride.

My poor baby... 05 Dodge Ram needed work. Got er fixed but acting up again. Just called Erika. (very sweet). She's going to do everything she can to hook me up with a rental car and get my truck working again.
