Briggs Dodge Ram

I recently purchased a vehicle from Briggs Dodge and had a really great experience overall. Keith, the sales associate I worked with, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and made the whole process easy and comfortable. He was mentoring a new trainee Luke, who was also amazing and knowledgeable and great to work with! The gentleman in the finance office was also awesome to work with and made the paperwork quick and straightforward. The only small issue I had was that the car wasn’t detailed very well before delivery, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase and the experience. I’d definitely recommend working with Keith if you’re looking for a vehicle!

We made an appointment to test drive a truck. We were greeted immediately by Travis. We were directed to Keith shields one of their sales staff. Keith took us driving and was able to answer every one of our 50 or so questions. While we were out staff did the appraisal on our trade in truck. Keith helped us with expertise and great customer service thru the entire process. Travis did the financial part with expertise and great service also. We were very comfortable thru the entire process and got a fair deal. Highly recommended.
