I got my car serviced originally from there for a secondary fuse box replacement and a tune up. Which was a total of $1,047. I was told to pay $700 on chime and the 300 in cash. I didn’t get any invoice or receipt for the work. When I went to pick my car up I was also informed that I had a power steering issue. I then asked for it to be serviced and I was told I had to pay beforehand for the parts and labor which equaled $500. Weeks have been passed and I kept calling for an update. I was constantly being pushed back and being told they are still working on it. The manager would promise me dates the car would be fixed and whenever I called telling them I was on my way, he would tell me that it wasn’t fixed and told me another date. I called Brightleaf Tire and Auto on a Friday afternoon to see if I could get an appointment for the weekend, and they got me in at 9 a.m. the next day. Great service — my car was done by noon! Couldn’t have been any easier to deal with. I worked with Adam (who I think might be the owner), and he was fantastic. When I need any service in the future, this is where I’ll go. Highly recommend!

Used mobile service to have starter replaced in my car. Awesome service and even worked with me on my payment. JR actually came out personally when mechanic was finished and both made sure I was satisfied with the work. Couldn’t have asked for better. Both gentlemen were extremely respectful. Will definitely save their number in my phone should I need future repairs.

This shop is full of good, hard working people. I have brought my car to them several times and they always fixed it for a fair price. They are very nice and reasonable!
