Briley's Transmission

David and his team did a super job diagnosing a transmission leak and getting us back on the road. He’s a straight up honest guy - and a transmission expert who could clearly explain the issue and options to repair at a very fair price. My wife and I were traveling down 95 from upstate NY to visit daughter in FL. Our 2020 Ford Transit 350 developed a check engine light for a transmission solenoid. We called Briley’s 45 minutes before closing and they offered to help right away. They had to push a vehicle being repaired off their big drive-on lift. They quickly assessed the problem based on years of experience repairing 10 speed Ford & Chevy (10R80) transmissions, and helped us figure out how to get it fixed. This group of people are great! Reasonable rates and stand behind their work. I’m very appreciative of the fact that technically my warranty was expired by 8-months but still managed to take care of the issue and I cannot say enough about how much that meant to me. So highly recommend them. MelP.

I have an older pickup that everyone in the family was ready to right off, but Briley's took and had the truck back to running smoothly way faster than expected and at well under what I thought it would be. Customer service was excellent and they were upfront and honest about how much a worst-case would be, but when the problem was not a severe problem they fixed only what needed to be fixed. Highly recommend and if I ever have any problems with the transmission again, they are the shop I am going to.

I was referred to Briley's Transmission while traveling out of town, for work purposes.  Thank goodness too.  I literally went from point A, to point B, to finshed.  My vehicle was not displaying any warning signs and I was able to get to Briley's before the close of business day, and my vehicle was fixed by the close of business, the very next day (and at more than fair price).  In addition, I was able to continue on in my journey for another 1,500 miles and made it home safely without any problems.   Thank you, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU BRILEY'S!!

Briley's was great! I was nervous about getting my transmission replaced when mine went out. They educated me. They helped me to order a remanufactured transmission to same me money. Then they installed it in a quick manner. There was a small noise afterwards due to an exhaust leak and they fixed that without hesitation at no extra cost for the extra day of work and that's huge considering a mechanic's time. Overall I would highly recommend Briley's and I very rarely due these kind of recommendations.
