Lifestyle is WONDERFUL. Love my floor plan, but quality in the construction leaves much to be desired. Community is well maintained. Pricing is high for the size and quality of the homes, but everyone agrees the lifestyle makes it worth the cost.

I love the community here. It is very easy to make new friends, and there is so much to do! My neighbors are WONDERFUL! I've never lived anywhere where there is such a sense of community and friendship, and that friendship extends throughout the entire community, not just with the neighbors on my street. I absolutely love the model I chose, it has everything I was looking for in a new home. The pricing is high, but you are paying for the community, amenities and overall lifestyle, and it's worth the extra $$$. The quality of the construction could be better, but I don't regret for one minute my choice to move here.

After living in the neighborhood for some time now we find that it is a “true” neighborhood in every sense of the word. Neighbors are amazing and always willing to lend a hand and share a good laugh. It is a wonderful place to live. The quality of the home itself is fine, however, the fit and finish leave a lot to be desired. We were here daily to keep an eye on the progress and found that it was necessary as we caught several large issues along the way. These items would not have been repaired had we not caught them and brought to Pulte’s attention. One being the range outside ventilation was not going outside it was filtering back into the house, just one example. Over time we are also finding the quality of lawn care to diminish as well. We had a good overall experience, planning, construction, mortgage and closing. It is important to fully understand this community, the pluses and minuses, before making a decision to buy or build. We were fortunate to have several friends already at Britton Falls to discuss things with before and during the process. The people already living here are uniformly friendly and supportive. They are the greatest asset of Britton Falls.

With Pulte, my expectations were quality construction, great value for the cost, and exceptional and responsive Customer Care if a warranty matter needed to be addressed. Even with all the challenges COVID presents with the construction of a new home, my expectations were not only met but exceeded by Pulte with my new home in Britton Falls. In particular, my sales manager, construction managers and Customer Care manager went the extra mile for me to assure those expectations were exceeded.
