just tried to call and when the guy answered I asked how he was doing and he said “slow” and hung up on me. I called back and when he realized it was the same person calling back, handed the phone to someone else. I asked why that guy hung up on me he said “we didn’t hang up on anyone, no one called”. And I asked if I could bring my car in he said they’re closing in an hour and a half. Ok?? So you stop taking people simply because you don’t feel like working anymore?? I didn’t need my car today, I would have dropped it off, which is what I’ve done every time I’ve come here. I work in retail and it’s honestly getting so exhausting how people treat others. Went to him multiple times and it was fine. The last time he told me I needed to do my struts soon and I told him when I was ready I would bring it back he said ok it would be 450. I bc called to take it back and all of sudden he said 1400 🤯🤯 very disappointed
