Broadway Tire and Automotive

Hated the big national repair shop i was using. Every repair took from 8am until 6pm. Every time no matter the repair. Found this local shop and was shocked! Dropped off at 8am, picked up at 10:30. Fair pricing but not losing a full day is priceless. Nice people. Ive found my new shop! If you have to wait a couple hours theres a two great taco shops just down Broadway. And a nice breakfast coffee Cafe the other way. A few strip malls to walk through & look around.

We were on vacation and needed some urgent car work done. We checked local reviews and found Broadway Tire and Auto with good reviews so we figured we'd give it a try. Super glad we did and really appreciated the prompt, courteous service from George and Benjy. If we lived in the area we would absolutely be back, and recommend to our local friends (even though we do most car maintenance work ourselves). It's really hard to find honest car repair shops but this place is top notch and we highly recommend.

George has been nothing but honest and great with my vehicles. Its hard to find a trustworthy shop that does amazing work without charging you an arm and a leg, but George really does go the extra mile for total customer satisfaction. As a hauler i depends on my vehicles to run perfectly, these guys make sure they do. Thank you George!! Looking for an efficient and fair rated shop, look no further, thanks guys!

I entered the service area by mistake, and I didn't like it at all the way they told me to stay back as a customer. I had my first impression. No harm no foul. Then someone approached me and asked if there was anything that I wanted. In short words, I finished my business with the techs, and they called me politely and explained what they did with the car. I was watching them while they were working on the vehicle with caution and a professional attitude. My first impression was wrong. Next time, I will drive to this place if I need anything related to my car.

I have been bringing my Audi TT to Broadway tire since 2008 ever since I bought it and I still drive it to this day. These guys always keep it professional and the technicians are very knowledgeable. They have reasonable prices but what keeps me from going anywhere else is how much I trust them. I can’t trust anyone else with my car because it’s not always the easiest type of car to work on and they have maintained it for me all these years without breaking the bank. It’s really hard to believe a couple of the bad reviews I read because I can’t imagine the guys at Broadway tire would do anything to make their customers upset. A+
