I came to Brock Automotive from the Honda Dealership because of the outrageous quote they gave me to fix my brakes. I brought my old gal in (a 2008 Honda CR-V) to be inspected and to get a new quote for service, and not only did they do a much more thorough inspection, they also fixed a lot more for less than Honda planned to charge me. The staff was all lovely and professional. They were communicative and explained the issues to me with a lot of patience (I am not a car person). The system they use to send info and quotes is really great, and it made selecting services and paying really easy. I was also surprised how quickly they were able to do so many things. I brought my 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 to Brock Automotive to diagnose a water leak, and the experience was outstanding. They kept the vehicle for several days to thoroughly investigate the issue and determined that the repair would need to be handled by a body shop. Because of that, they did not charge me for the diagnosis, which really speaks to their honesty and integrity. James went above and beyond by offering to speak with and email the body shop directly to share his findings, which was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of time and stress. Great to work with and I could tell they wanted to be precise and not over charge or find extra items to fix. They were straight forward and clear. Replaced my Nissan Armada fuel pump and did regular maintenance. Thay fixed the vehicle in a timely manner. I will go back if anything else in the futures is needed. I highly recommend them. Brock did excellent work. I really appreciate the clarity of communication, too. Before they started work they assessed my car and gave a detailed and accurate estimate. Their inspection is thorough, and when they see a possible issue they give information without any pressure, in fact they were very frank about what was immediately needed and what could wait a while.

My 1992 Civic VX had an electrical issue and the team at Brock Automotive were able to solve what I couldn't figure out. Also gave me a rundown of other things that need to be taken care of. Extremely friendly staff, warm environment and all around good people. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles here from now on.
