I had an outstanding experience with Glass Doctor of Southwest Portland, and I want to give them the strongest recommendation possible. They initially replaced the windshield on my vehicle, and the work itself was excellent. But what really stood out was the level of service and integrity they demonstrated throughout the entire process. For our convenience, they even picked up and returned the vehicle at no additional charge, which immediately set them apart from the typical repair experience. A short time after the replacement, a plastic cowl piece near the windshield came loose and flew off while the car was being driven. Everyone here is so helpful. Unfortunately my back passenger window was smashed out when visiting the rose garden here in Portland. I quickly called a few glass places and was met with AI software to try to schedule me with no available dates in sight, to say I was frustrated is an understatement. Then I called Glass Doctor and had the pleasure of speaking with Judy. She instantly made me a priority and had my car scheduled for a window within the same week. I have a 2026 and I know that makes it difficult to find glass quickly. She located the exact model and tint I needed for my vehicle. Judy also had me bring my car in for a crash wrap and they vacuumed all of the remaining glass out of my vehicle. We felt like Mary Poppins had appeared at our door! From the first call with Judy through the final installation with Dave and Allen, everything was incredible! Having had our window explode on the highway several hours into a 10 hour trip, this was the only business who could find a replacement window and get it installed (challenging in our particular vehicle) and we were able to continue on to our destination without delay. A small family business with huge customer service, kindness, expertise, good will - they were delightful, efficient, and very fairly priced. Would like to give them 10 stars!! Very grateful!

I cannot recommend these folks enough! Judy was able to schedule me for a windshield replacement on short notice, and her customer service and communication far exceeded expectations. They were able to get the car all spiffed up in 90 minutes, and even took the time to detail all the dog hair out of the front seats?! 10/10 experience.
