I've taken my '67 VW Bug to many different shops over the years and struggled to find someone who is competent, honest, AND a good communicator. I needed a big repair about 5 years ago and someone recommended D&M. Not only did they knock it out of the park with the actual repairs, but Dave turned out to be the most respectful, patient, and communicative mechanic I've ever gone to. They're my go-to shop for life now.

I wouldn't trust my 50 year old bus with anyone else. Dave is helpful, fair and gets things done in as quickly as possible (once we find the part we need). This is one of the last vintage vw mechanics in the area and we couldn't be more please to have them within walking distance of our house.

D&M Automotive is great. We've had our '84 Westfalia in there a few times for different things, always happy with the work. The owner is an honest good mechanic who will only use quality parts. He's never tried to up the charges and has told us when we didn't need work done that we thought might need to be done, He was recommended to us and I'm happy to pass on the recommendation.

I had a problem with my Volkswagen Jetta and found this place online. I called around to a bunch of shops and this place seemed to be the best choice. I called them in the morning and they were able to get me in the same day and I was able to pick up after I got out of work. The communication was easy, super friendly people and the price was very reasonable. They easily could have charged me more and I would have had no idea. Obviously a very reputable place. I have definitely found where I'm going moving forward. Very happy with my experience
