Background story: my car did not turn, I called insurance for a tow truck! Waited 4 hours for 1st one and they never showed up so I cancelled! #2 came and the truck was too big to enter parking garage, #3 tow truck arrived and driver was skeptical about making the tight turns in the parking garage and left! By now I was about to give up and deposit the car till they kick me out! The 4th one was bronx towing express and when I tell you!! The driving skills, the calm professional, reassuring me that everything was going to be fine! I was worried due to what I had experience the day before and earlier ( yes I left my car and went home after waiting 4 hours in the cold for the 1st tow truck) but this company is phenomenal, efficient, polite and professional! I had a great experience getting my car towed 49 miles long distance all the way to my Subaru dealer from a busy Bronx location near 87 during rush-hour traffic and in the holiday season, where my car had lost battery power and stalled. We had clear communication, prompt arrival within 30 minutes as expected, and a very pleasant ride upstate with my very nice driver. I had another quote that could get me there for just $25 less, but they were busy and I would have had to wait longer, so I decided to go with Bronx Towing Express, given the difference was so small, the price still fair enough, and the timing the best I found in rush hour (I bet if I’d asked them to match the price, they might’ve said yes). Bronx Towing was amazing. My son got stranded on the way down to the city 1 month ago. They were recommended by a friend of mine who used them. Now I know why he recommended them. They were very professional and curious. They did everything they said they would. The car was in the same condition after they picked it up. I highly recommend them to all.
