Staff is great but it’s an absolute ripoff for servicing. My car went in for 80k servicing and I was charged over $1k. They kept my car for three hours. Charged $660 for labor ($200+ per hour) when they couldn’t have even been working on the car for three hours. And $400 for “parts” for servicing…what parts?? Oil? I came in with an issue about my starter box and was quoted an addition $1k to fix it, oh and another litany of changes that I was quoted $2k+ for. So I walked out a grand lighter without any improvements to my car. It was at least bearable under bill kidd. Try and find another servicer although I know it’s tricky. This place charges an extreme premium.

Car sat for 6 hours. Never seen. I called 3 times to check in. Was told they would call me back. Got hung up on once. And then was told everyone has left for the evening. Car NOT serviced. No help from anyone. Not going back. NEVER buying from them again. And adding this message to my neighborhood message board. And more importantly, I used a sick day for NOTHING! Such a disappointment.

I would give zero stars, but that is not an option. I was told the part shown in the attached pictures was leaking oil from the top solid plastic NOT from around the screw. Long story short, I was charged $745. Of that, $200 was for replacing the oil that had leaked and cleaning the oil off under the car. I think the $200 would be fair and reasonable.

A little annoyed going in at first was told something by 3 different people but then get to the service center and are told something else. Erin was great to work with and I appreciate her honesty. Others however were not so pleasant…. But overall is was better then a lot of service centers from the past.

Hands-down, the best car service I’ve ever been to. I had a car problem and even though I didn’t have an appointment, Ben was able to get me in and my car fixed asap. Ben goes the extra mile to assure the car is fixed to Volvo standards and communicated with me both in shop and via text to keep me updated with the repairs needed and the time when the car will be available to pick up. A++++++ and highly recommended! Thanks for such great service!
