Ken is extremely pleasant and nice to work with. Treats females almost better than men as he wants everyone to understand exactly what he is saying and the customer clearly understands what is needed and company policy. Clean shop, very knowledgeable, and honest. If he is questioned proof will be provided to customer of need.
