Portland Glass of Augusta

I would not recommend using the Augusta Portland Glass. We had them come out to replace balancers in our windows, which the tech told us was a super easy job. We were quoted $50 to do both windows and when I called to schedule the appointment, they tried to say it was going to be $200. They also cracked two pieces on the window, one on the track and one on the outer window piece. When I called the office to discuss the damage, I was told the manager should call me back within the hour. I have called twice and still nothing....

Fixed my chipped windshield in about 30 minutes for a surprisingly reasonable price. Clean, uncluttered waiting area. Friendly personnel. A pleasant experience.

A shower door was installed-- service was excellent-- right on time, prompt, courteous, etc.......top notch. Very satisfied with whole process of purchase from Portland Glass.

Excellent! We were a 1/2 hr early for our appointment and they took us right in. Had 2 chips repaired and we were on our way. Safelite who?!

I had a good experience at Portland Glass in Augusta. They were courteous, professional, and took care of my screen repair job ahead of schedule.
