Town Fair Tire

This place is a gem especially Brooks! I’m originally from Florida, so my car had regular summer tires on it. After a couple of close calls during Maine snowstorms — including sliding into a snowbank last week — I knew I needed to get my alignment fixed and probably rethink my tires. My original plan was just to come in for the alignment. I hadn’t even fully decided about buying new tires yet. With a blizzard threatening the area, I showed up at 9:30 a.m., not realizing they didn’t open until 10:00 due to the weather. As I turned to leave, Brooks opened the door and let me know they opened at 10. I mentioned I was the one who had just called about an alignment, and without hesitation she said, “You know what? Mike was very communicative and helpful. I got two back tires and will be coming back. Everybody was super sweet and helpful at the front desk as well. The TV show in the break room was very entertaining as well.

This team are life-savers! Popped a tire last night and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning with some new tires. Jeff was wonderful to talk to and super helpful. He got me a good deal on tires that would work for my car and talked me through pretty much the whole process. Will be in again for change-overs and any other tire needs!

I was served by Jeff. He was very welcoming and took care of me right away. Jeff noticed I was a Vet and thanked me for my service. He also self initiated an unexpected discount and saved me money. What I appreciated most was there was a delivery person hovering behind me and Jeff acknowledged him, but finished up with me before serving him. Very professional, polite and efficient!!
