I've bought a lot of used cars in my life and this was probably the easiest and most pleasant transaction yet. Alex showed us the car we were interested in and let us take a test drive. Now, I was fully expecting the hard sell when I got back, but he was very relaxed and let us make our own decision. He then made us a deal, working within our price range vs trying to push us to the limits. Next, he noticed there was an issue with the trunk latch and instead of the usual "well, it's a used car, sorry", he actually brought over a mechanic to fix it right away. I should also add that used car dealers can learn a lesson from Alex about how to clean a car for sale. I have been shocked at how dirty many used cars are, but Alex's team obviously takes pride in their inventory and the interior look

Great guys! I change cars pretty often — not for any specific reason, it just happens that way. I know what a bad dealership looks like and how many problems it can cause later. I bought a used Honda Accord Sport from them, and the whole process was so easy and smooth that I almost felt like it was too good to be true. But everything turned out perfectly. About six months later, I came back and bought my wife a nearly new Toyota Corolla. We still have both cars in the family, and we haven’t had a single issue with either of them — even though we bought them at the lower end of the market price.
