I wish that I have read the reviews before my girlfriend was Deciding to Comehere !!!! originally went here to get one Tire changed the gentleman there convinced my girlfriend to get two tires so she did. He informed her that she had two lugs left on the passenger side front tire. We were not aware of only two until that day ..she had this very same tire changed not too long ago and there should’ve been 3 to 4 lugs. The gentleman proceeded to change the tires ;They said that they could fix the lugs, but we had somebody for that so she told them that she will wait. The next morning when she went to work, the ENTIRE tire popped off And caused significant damage to the front of the vehicle. We reached out to the company because the original mechanic that we took it to said that it shouldn’t

Charged me 120$ to mount, balance & put new valve stems on tires & wheels I brought. He mounts 2 and starts to roll them out unbalanced and NO new stems. So naturally I’m like what no new stems??? He said “you have” than I noticed he didn’t even balance them so I had to ask why he didn’t. He said oh your tire is no good. Absolutely terrible customer service. And poor customer communication. My one of three of my tires was slightly choppy from a poor alignment and he could’ve easily been a professional and notified me that my tire was not worth balancing b4 installing it. He didn’t even bother to put new valve stems in ANY of the rims and still wanted to charge me 120$ but me being a person who stands up for him self, asked him to give me a break being he didn’t even balance the tires nor p

I have been to this place many times. The guys are friendly and always give me a fair price.

They can’t even simply answer the phone. Called multiple times trying to get tires after being recommended by a few people. After this I will never waste my time with them and point everyone to magnolia tire & audio at least they know how to answer the phone and questions.

Due to a bad decision I made tonight I ended up with two blowouts on a busted rim. Unlike all of the other tire shops that close right at 6:00 these guys are open until 8:00 that's a big plus. I called them explain the situation they said that they can get me taken care of and they did. They were quick and the price was amazing. Definitely going to recommend and return thank yall!
