These guys are fantastic!!!! Our vehicle broke down while traveling out of town, late in the evening. Donnie from Browders came and saved us in the middle of the night. We were so grateful. He towed us to where we needed and even waited to make sure that we were safe since it was late. I have never experienced this level of service from a tow truck company. I recently had an unfortunate car breakdown while driving north of Roanoke Rapids, NC, but Browder’s Towing & Services Center turned what could have been a nightmare into a smooth and stress-free experience. I called AAA for assistance, and they dispatched Robert from Browder’s, who arrived promptly and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. From the moment Robert showed up, he was courteous, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He assessed the situation quickly, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and safely towed my vehicle back to Honda of Roanoke Rapids without a hitch. Browders towed my son‘s truck To their service center and replaced the starter on his truck and did diagnostic testing to see what else it was before they put that $200 starter on there. They are very efficient. They have Great service workers and are very knowledgeable. Also, I didn’t have to worry about someone messing with his truck while it sat there. They had great security., Very efficient, a pleasure to be served by them.

Highly recommend! Top tier service and Top Tier customer service. Both the gentlemen whom assisted me over the phone and the driver that came out to help were very helpful, very kind. I had called out to be towed to a dealer for what I thought was a anti theft system needing to be reset since the car wouldn't start and there was a light on my car. The gentleman gave the battery a jump saved me lots of money !!! Suggested I only needed a battery since the anti theft light also went off after the jump. Everything worked out ! So I thank both gentlemen a great deal ! I want to kick myself for Not getting their names! But I would most definitely highly highly recommend this company. ! Tommy was great to work with. He communicated with me as he drove to my location to pick up my car and got us to the Hyundai dealership quickly and safely. He was very friendly and easy to talk to! Very happy with my service.
