My car broke down and I towed it to Brown’s. I will continue to come here. They are very proactive, professional, and have great communication. They spend a lot of time running diagnostics on my car and were very diligent. I would 100% recommend if you are looking for the best technicians to work on your car with care!

I have taken my cars to Browns for many years and they have always done a good job of fixing what needs to be fixed and sometimes even realize, before I do, that there are repairs that need to be made. In 2025, good customer service is hard to come by, so anytime I experience a service where the service is immaculate; I do my best to acknowledge it. Browns Automotive did a great job with my cars oil change, inspection and wheel alignment. They didn’t make me feel heckled or uncomfortable when it came to additional services my car needed. They provided the breakdown with notes and videos (that provide great knowledge) and simply asked if I wanted to receive any of the services done through a text message to overview and my no was respected. The sense of comfort that brings to a customer is how you connect and assure your customers return. Brown automotive has found a forever customer in me and I’m grateful.

Brown automotive will be my go-to forever!! They make you feel like family. They go through every example of what you want and automotive company to be when it comes to repairing your vehicle. THEY ARE EXCELLENT!!! I received a new headlight with water leaking in it they repaired it in a matter of hours before the snow. I am extremely grateful!!
