I recently brought my brand-new Prius Prime XSE to Elite Auto Body, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience—especially thanks to Kevin. After an unfortunate incident at home where the garage door closed on my car (perpetrator to remain unnamed!), I was worried about the scratches on the hood and bumper. It all started driving in my truck from one job to another job. I'm a swimming pool. Contractor and my partner was driving in the truck behind me and I saw a deer coming from the side. I thought it was gonna hit my door but it missed it hit the bed of my truck And it's spun the deer and it kept running into the woods. These guys are professional, patient, and honestly kind individuals. I came in expecting to be pressured into repairs I don't need, but instead they worked with me to fix my car as affordably and reasonably as possible, taking time and care to explain everything they were doing. And in the end my car looks a lot better than I was expecting, and drives like it was never in an accident. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Took my Volvo XC60 to them for a cracked headlight and a damaged front bumper. They were the third place I'd taken my car to, and unlike the other places I went, they were very straightforward and direct with me about the damage, what it could cost, what damage might not be visible, whether to do it out of pocket or through insurance, etc. Great communication through the whole process, and the car now looks good as new. Can't recommend enough.
