Great service and very nice!! I had a mishap traveling from Richmond to chapel hill Thursday afternoon. A FedEx truck had lost several large sections of tire tread on 85 south that I could not avoid. I ran over the tire tread which damaged my car's undercarriage tray. When I got to my sister's in chapel hill I called the closest auto shop I could find. The gentleman that answered listened to my mishap and stated he would certainly help me out. I drove over and of course I need to have the tray replaced however the 2 gentlemen were able to secure the tray until I got back to Richmond. I will definitely keep this shop in mind when I visit as well as my sister was very impressed with the friendly services. Not overpriced or did not tried to take advantage of my problem. Daryl has worked on my mom and I cars for many years. He is always reliable, he does awesome work and is honest. I have now have a Honda. When out of town, I went the Honda dealership. They did a full diagnostic of the car and gave an astronomical price to get all of the work done. When I returned home, I went straight to North Chatham Auto Care. They have done the work for a fraction of the costs. We trust Daryl and always will.

We've been taking our cars to North Chatham for years and our cars are lasting for years too! We are at North Chatham Auto Care a lot, mostly for oil changes and brakes. They will always check and fix a tire for me if I just drop by and work me in if I need a car back fast. They diagnose problems, give us options and fix what we ask for. Prices are fair, service is great.
