No free simple estimates anymore. Beware! Make sure to ask about costs up front. I have been a customer of Bruces Auto for years. I have always found the work and customer service to be what I was looking for in a local town. I recently went in for simple estimate on a noisy wheel issue after a free Les Schwab quote. I was given a full inspection of the vehicle which I said I did not ask for. I was then handed a bill for $170.00. I explained I was never told it would be $170.00 for a simple estimate and did not want the full car inspection.The employee then said it was part of the inspection and was included in the estimate. He is newer employee, he will charge you for simple estimates! I have been mislead by the front desk person and have heard this happening to 2 other people now. Made m

If I could leave zero Stars I would. Bruce is an uncaring unfeeling arrogant person. My son has an Audi which he's brought to Bruce to be serviced. The car was leaking fluid. When we brought the car back within 2 days the car was leaking fluid again. Bruce told us it was a 3-week wait to be serviced so my son scheduled the service again and called to have The car towed to Bruce's for the next service. The tow truck showed up an hour late. We called Bruce to tell him that the car would be coming a little late and he flatly refused to take the automobile because we weren't there on time. When the tow truck comes is completely out of our control. Now he tells us we have to wait another 3 weeks to be serviced. He was going to have to keep the vehicle for a minimum of 2 or 3 days to finally dia

Great morning ! Had my brakes and rotors replaced at Bruce's.Auto Waiting area is clean , comfortable, and a clean bathroom There's pod coffee with 3 different creamers .Staff is friendly Caleb let me know they were a bit behind. Was surprised to see a discount coupon for $15 .00! This is the second time I've had my car serviced by Bruce's Auto This is the only place I will take my car and highly recommend to others

My '99 Toyota Avalon needed new brakes, calipers, and a 30k service. Caleb got us scheduled within a week and all the service completed in one day. They do great work. Highly recommend

First of all. Caleb(hopefully I spelled his name right) was awesome to deal with. Second, gave great advice about my vehicle. Saved me a lot of money. Third and last I Will be going back with all my car repairs and suggest others do the same.
