We needed a part for an a/c really bad and were coming from Alvarado. The gentleman I talked to on the phone said he would wait until we got there because we would be a few minutes after 5. People don't do that much anymore, very cool. The gentleman that helped us was the last one on the right in the posted owners picture, don't remember his name. We sure did appreciate the hospitality, and the driver appreciated that a/c working the next day! Thanks guys! A+++

Bruckner's has awesome customer service. Staff is great, very helpful and they do anything possible to get what you need if they don't have it in stock at the best affordable price. Two thumbs up!
