I've had 4 careers over the years. 40 yrs ago I was in the transmission business and then I went back to college. I have earned 11 years of college and have multiple degrees. I say this so you can see I have a few miles in my history. I have a Town Car that I bought 19 yrs ago. It has had 2 air-conditioning rebuilds. It never ran as good as the original and now I needed a 4th unit. I decided to try a new auto service and tried Brugos. He didn't sell me components that I did not need. (this much I could tell as he did not have to replace absolutely everything). His prices were fair and less than a Lincoln dealer would have charged. I can’t recommend Burgos enough! I brought my car in for brakes and rotors, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The mechanic was honest, transparent, and very reasonable with pricing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, but I definitely found that here. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future work!

If I could give them zero stars I would I took my truck there because my head lights was dim he charged me 357.00 and told me he changed my headlight wire harness and the next day it did the same thing I took it back he said I need another wire harness I told him you are a professional you should have diagnose that problem from the start he told me he needed another 400 dollars for another harness how much money do I have to pay for a head light come on

I brought in a car that i had neglected for close to 5 years. George and Rich fixed it right up in only 2 days! and was very fairly priced! i had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be back for all my mechanic needs! i will be recommending them to everyone i know!

Very disappointed with Brugos! I had a short somewhere on my Ford Fusion. They replaced the battery and starter and did a diagnostic, but still the battery discharged! They ended up installing a battery tender so I have to plug it in every night for a trickle charge. $750 later and still have the problem. They told me they don't have anymore time to spend on it, and left me hanging!
