Bryans Road Tire & Auto Service

After having my time wasted and getting the cold shoulder from another tire place, I gave this business a call. Although they were booked up for the day, I was advised I could swing by to ensure they were able to plug my tire that had a nail in it. I came in the next day they were available, they surprisingly were able to take my vehicle immediately and I was out the door in 17 minutes!! The communication and service were immaculate. They have me as a customer for life. I highly recommend this business to anyone!

They provide excellent service. They are hard-working honest mechanics. They won't scam you into replacing or fixing something that doesn't need to be addressed. They only provide services that require your intention. One time I came in on a busy day and I needed my A/C recharged on my car. So they prioritized me since I was waiting there and worked on my car asap so I didn't end up waiting too long. Also their prices are pretty good and a bit lower compared to some other auto shops in the area.

Very bad customer service. I took my car there for dialysis and I was told what was wrong will cost me $500+. Few days after I took it there for the repair, they said nothing to me until I went later in the day to collect the car and I was told the charge is $800+. I told the man why they didn’t call me to inform me before going ahead but I was surprised he told me NOT TO EVER BRING MY CAR TO THEIR SHOP AGAIN. I only ask him to give me discount. Very rude to tell a customer that
