Speedy Clean Car Wash

The printer in the pay machine is not printing correctly. I purchased 2 wash a d get 1 free service and I can't see the code number on the receipt. I call the costumer service number. No answer until now.

This car wash is a rip off!!! I paid for 3 washes and only received 1. When I returned to get a second wash a sign was posted regarding a computer problem directing customers with car wash codes to email them for a new code. I sent several emails, made phone calls, sent text messages and still not a single response for the past 3 months now and counting. I plan to report this business to the BBB and DCRA. They have stolen my money.

We got the pay for 2 Ultimate washes $24 get 3rd for free, we did not get any car washes and Plus it charged us $36. On top of that, we can not find a phone number to get our money back nor the car washes. No phone number on the receipts nor online !!! This happened to both my husband and me. Unfortunately, we didn't know each other was at the same car wash an hour apart, otherwise we could have saved one of our money.

Wash does a good job and the dryer works good.

I have never reviewed a location with such a low rating. There were 2 fully automatic car cleaning sections. The first one didn't accept my card. I really should have left the location after the first one not responding; instead, I went to the second section and chose the premium car cleaning option and entered the cleaning section. It started spraying water from the sides and stopped exactly after 10 seconds. I have the receipt with me, but there is no contact information nor were there any staffs to assist. It was just a waste of money. If you were to use an automatic car wash, this place is a definite no.
