Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

On Friday called and and check if they could do a front end alignment, they said yes and I brought my vehicle in. After a bunch of stuff they said they couldn't do that but said they could take a look at my vehicle and tell me what was wrong with it. I mentioned that I needed my vehicle back that same day because I had to go see my son the next day. They said the store closed at 7:00 p.m.. I robbed at 6:30 p.m. and all of the lights were off and I was unable to pick up my vehicle and also found that my window was still down and everything unlocked. I received no phone call, the next day I called at 12:30, they for me that they wouldn't even look at the vehicle and wouldn't give any explanation as to why they closed down early and did not me to at least let me know that they wouldn't l

I've come here off and on for about 10 years and about 40% of the time, there was always some sort of issue. But I'll simply review my most recent interactions! Approximately one year ago, I had a slow tire/air leak. In attempting to self-assess whether the cause was a nail or poor tread, I realized my metal tire caps had seized. I called Mr Tire to express both concerns. They advised I would have to replace the valve stems to address the tire cap issue and they'd assess the slow leak during that session. I was told to come in 1st thing in the morning. The next day, I waited on-site for 3 hours for the valve replacement! When I got my vehicle back my rim was scratched in multiple places where someone recklessly attempted to remove the stem. I made the complaint, no relief was offered. Once

Mr Tire was friendly and fast. I made an appointment within a 30 min slot and they were done so fast, that I had to finish out an online meeting in their lobby. The lobby had vintage but comfortable seating that was able to accommodate the 3 other ladies and myself who were waiting. We all were out in about the same amount of time (though I only saw 2 men working in the back). Malik at the front desk was kind and courteous and gave me space as I finished up the meeting; allowing me to stay up until my meeting was over. I told my husband how well they worked, and he took his truck in the same day for more work (tires, spark plugs, battery - but I'll let him leave his own review). Can't say enough how pleased I was with their service and highly recommend!!

I had the best experience during my visit to this location. I woke up to a flat tire and barely had enough air in the tire to drive to this location. Upon arrival, the rep let me know that they did not have the tire that I needed but that another location had it. He told me I would not make it to that location since my tire was leaking air so quickly even after he put more air in it. To avoid me having to get a tow truck, he offered to drive to that location to pick up the tire for me. The whole experience is the definition of going above and beyond for your customers. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I got my oil change your manger was really nice but the tech that work on my he would not put my car back in the handicap spot when we asked him to, he said no, he said he would not put it in the spot. I have my handicap sticker visible in the window and he still refuse. He put my car on the side of the building how I feel I would Have sued if something happened to me
