B's Express Lube

These guys were really great today. They fixed a problem that started with another mechanic a few months ago and $1500.00 later. It was fixed today! Needless to say, I will never go back to the previous mechanic and now B's has my business!! Thank you!!

Nice enough guys, good prices, , HORRIBLE customer care! I bought four tires, was asked to be at the shop Monday, early afternoon. It's now AFTER 3pm, I'm still waiting. Five customers have come and gone while I've waited, with not so much as a blank stare from the staff as I sat in my car outside one of their service bays WAITING MY TURN! Yeah, I know, small southern town and all that, but aren't there any ADULTS IN CHARGE??? So after 3pm I went into the office, waited for a staffer. No one came in. Finally got the attention of my first sales guy, and as he started asking me to come back tomorrow I reminded him that I'd already wasted three hours waiting. He want to the boss, said I'd cussed at him, and intent downhill from there. I was refunded my money and left with nothing but a bad

When I bring my Ram in for service they are great. And their mechanic us top notch! BUT when I brought my old truck in for service the young oil tech put on the invoice that he checked wiper blades, belts and hours, lights and bulbs. I had asked for new wiper blades. He never even looked at them. And he never checked lights, bulbs, or anything. Very sad. Very poor service by that young man.

Went to get an oil change was describing a noise that I heard. David assured me that it was not mechanical. He could not find anything wrong with the tires or brakes. Then as I was leaving the oil change lane, he heard the noise. He looked under the vehicle and saw that the was a leak in the exhaust . Nothing major. But a huge relief to me, atleast I know now .
