I was looking for a hot water heater, made a dozen or more calls, until I spoke to a very nice man at B&S. He was extremely helpful. Didn’t have the exact part but had one equivalent in stock, and was willing to make accommodations to meet me on a Sunday to pick it up, even though they were closed. Over and beyond customer service which is rare these days. Thank you.
