They always trying to be helpful store is clean. Atmosphere is nice. They definitely stand behind their lifetime warranty on parts you buy from them and they have loaner tools available now. Run a check engine light test for you. They'll install your windshield wipers for you and price match even batteries

This place really is a bad place to deal with. We have been ordering parts here multiple times and haven't had any issue. But because we had issues with some people, not at this store, but that don't even work there. We order a part because we needed for our brake caliber, they tell us they order the part and would be in tbe next day. Get a ride from our friends and tell us oh sorry but we don't have the part here. So these people are willing to play with other people's lives all because of an issue that didn't even deal with them. I would stay away from this place if I were you. Especially if you don't want your lives in danger

This location has been a lifesaver. We showed up with a barely running car. They helped check the battery, and did a scan to find out our car issue. Alternator. It’s Sunday and we are from Salem. Family of five and no way to get home without this vehicle. They hooked us up for a contact for a mobile mechanic, gave us a cool place to rest( over 100 outside) and water. We have purchased an alternator and are currently waiting for repairs. So grateful for this crew!!

Went in looking for something to clean my ribs the girl at register was very helpful recommended a gal of what I call miracle gold she knows her merchandise and didn't rely to sell me some expensive knock off that wouldn't work....kudos to you definitely will go back
