Customer service use to be good here but not anymore. The other parts stores in town are doing a much better job taking care of their customers. This location wouldn’t give me my full core charge back. I had to go to another Napa to get it back. I have 9 vehicles and have spent thousands here over the years. I’m done giving them my money and recommendation. I miss the old crew that use to work there before it sold.

Tanner was a great help. I had front park lights out. He spent a good 15 minutes figuring out what the issue was. I highly recommend this Napa location. Thank you again Tanner!!

These folks went out of Thier way to help me with replacing my battery. And then he went beyond that and installed my battery as well. Very helpful folks and very kind. Thank you so much.

We have been going here for years. It changed hands a few years ago, but still has great customer service with the new owners.
