Budget Car Rental

I opted to get the gas option but decided to fuel up because it was cheaper. They told me to write on the card to take off the fuel charge. I did exactly as I was told and was still charged the extra amount. They wanted “proof” that I actually filled up the car. The person working either didn’t know and was poorly trained or lied to me. Don’t rent from here.

Headaches after headaches. Gave us a broken vehicle with window rattling all the way from Wisconsin to Maine, convinced us to upgrade and the upgrades don’t even work. Frustrating

Don’t rent from here. I was charged for a tank of gas even though I brought it back full.

Disappointed in the way this franchise location operates. I rent weekly with Budget all across the US and this locations policy had to turn me away from renting. Management would not anccomad and authorize despite renting nearly at 100 times with budget . The same reason Budget wouldn’t let me rent Enterprise gave me no issues. Most days I’d say Budget is great,but not this location. If your at ATW airport choose a different company other then Budget/Avis. I went with Enterprise ,and had a seamless rental process.

I will not get another car rental. I will just take the train or bus anything but a car rental. See I was unaware of car rentals markup prices due to having rental at The Airport location. They will charged you a fee because they have to pay a fee for the location to the airport, so that means YOU gets charged a FEE FOR RENTING AT THAT LOCATION AND WHATEVER THEY CHARGE(Ex.gas, parking, airport tax on top of state and fed.tax). I took the same agreement to a rental that was not at the airport $270.0 Different. $270.0 is how much I could have saved by just going a few more miles to a local car rental. Then I was charged for being late and leaving my personal car but even the agreement state I returned the car before deadline and no evidence of me leaving a car and was charged additional fees
