Budget Car Rental

The moment i entered the rental office Vidal gave a friendly welcome. He remembered me frim prior rentals. He expertly processed all paper work and got me ready to drive away. I appreciate his expertise, outstanding customer service and quick processing👍😎🤩

Absolutely the worst car rental experience of my life (let's be honest, it's always bad, but this was above and beyond) To clarify the location under the Hilton was a nightmare. I sat and waited listening to this employee treat each customer like shit. A few people cussed him out before they left.I was sitting there , dreading my turn at the counter. Sure enough.... this guy tried to charge my card 3 times what my reservation said. Then turnedcme away and said he wouldn't accept my credit card. I had to take an Uber home and an Uber back, and then take an Uber to the other location... All because this same employee suddenly couldn't honor my reservation! When I got to the Budget down the street, they had no idea what he was talking about. I could have drove off the first time!!!!

When we rented the car at the Bellevue Budget location the gas tank was just over half full (see picture). We were told to contact Budget customer service if we were charged for gas assuming we returned it with about the same amount of gas. Guess what? They did. Why put this burden on your customers? Rent the car with full tank of gas. Now I have to dispute the extra charge for gas even though I returned it with about the same amount of gas (see picture).

I couldn't believe how soft the seats in my car were. I drove for 3 days straight just because my behind felt so amazing. They must use some kind of special cusion for those seats. I even went and sat on the seats for a few hours after I was done with my three day driving extravaganza. We'll worth the $800.

BEWARE OF RIDICULOUSLY HIGH HIDDEN FEES!!! I rented a car from this Budget (located w/i Bellevue Hilton) for the weekend. This car was just a compact (Nissan Versa) for a quick weekend getaway. Upon returning, I tried to bring the car back (it was just after 6pm, when they closed) and there was a sign stating if it was after business hours I had to return the car to SEATAC AIRPORT!!! There was NO DROPBOX or other alternative to leave the car there. The next day, I had to leave work to get it back when they opened. Later on, I check my credit card statement to discover I had been BILLED AN ADDITIONAL $64 which was equal to MORE THAN HALF of what I'd paid for the entire agreement, for bringing it back not even 18hours late! Not to mention that I wanted to return the car on time, just
