Budget Car Rental

Avoid this location, I rent cars all the time. This location made the process unnecessarily difficult, prices at check in were different than price's quoted on the on-line reservation. The guy working was rude and not helpful at all.

Warning!! This is a private ownership rental place. The owner/Jeff asked when we returned the car paying for a DEEP cleaning and ANY scratches or marks…. This is ridiculous mistakes by running a service business. We reported to Costco travel and wish Costco discontinued with this location.

Had no issues renting a last min 16’ truck. Although there was several people ahead of me, the employee at Budget addressed everyone and had awesome time management skills. Total time to get a truck was less than 10 minutes. The employee went above and beyond to explain everything as it’s my first time driving a truck nd it def eased my mind. Thank you guys at Budget!

Terrible! We made a reservation over the phone and when we came to Budget they did not have the size truck I wanted, but miraculously they found one that was twice the size. I was desperate so I took it. She then proceeded to tell me that my CC that I was purchasing the truck rental with, has to have my name on it, despite providing tons of other ID. I explained to her it was not a personal CC but a business one and that she could call the company to verify I am a user. Do not go here! Call UnHaul so much better service. I was in and out in 5 minutes!

My sister-in-law had a car pickup reservation at 12pm this past Saturday, we were running a few minutes late but upon getting there, we came to learn that they closed at 12pm….Why would any client be allowed to reserve a car at the exact time that the store closes? That was extremely inconvenient as all other rental places were closed and all I can say is that I will make sure any of my guests who need a rental car NEVER rent from there again!
