We had a great experience! Price was great plus we got a Costco deal. Very easy to pick up and drop off.
Really nice owners. Great prices. The car I rented had great gas mileage. Only had to fill up twice! (Toyota Corolla) Also helped me when I accidentally put their keys in the uhual key box drop overnight(next door)... instead of their drop box. Thank you guys for going the extra mile and getting the keys!! I apologize for doing that! Human mistake. I will definitely be renting again from here and telling people how great they are going the extra mile for their customers. Thank you all again.🌻
Got to my appointment on time, still had to wait 45 mins to be helped. The truck I reserved had the check engine light on and the tech said it should be fine. Got the truck home, loaded up and truck got to the middle of the street and wouldn't Got any further. Roadside assistance took an hour. Now i see it is called budget rental for a reason.
Great customer service, good value and fantastic convenient location. Cars are nice and clean
