Budget Car Rental

Had a reservation for over a month and when the day finally arrived, they only had electric cars left. What's worse is that the person at the desk was extremely rude and did not want to help me change the reservation, find an alternative or get some sort of discount for the inconvenience. Terrible customer service, won't be renting from this location ever again!!

Dale, Ricardo took good care of us & usually do their best. I didn't like some of additional fees at return check out. We'll go back., 😏

Car was ready when I got there. Did everything online so was in & out in less then 5 minutes. Staff was great. Would recommend for pickup. I returned the car to another location. Car was clean on pickup.

Please save yourself a giant headache and do NOT rent from this location. We arrived to pick up our pre-reserved vehicle and they did not have any cars available. The “owner” was extremely rude and offered no acknowledgment of his mistake, no apology, and - most importantly - no estimate on when a car might actually become available. I’m also not sure that I have ever been treated so rudely by someone supposedly in the customer service industry. Please be sure to avoid this location at all costs!

I regret not checking the reviews before booking—this was hands down the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I reserved a specific car in advance, but when I arrived, this location had no cars available. The owner/operator, Ricardo DiPego, told me to sit and wait for a customer to return a car. When I asked a couple of reasonable questions, he was unbelievably rude and dismissive—he clearly couldn’t have cared less about helping me. Ultimately, I had to take an Uber to another rental company just to get a car. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!
