Budget Car Rental

I rented a truck for a one-way trip from TX to GA. I selected this location because it was listed as accepting after-hours drop-offs. When I arrived 2 days earlier to return it, there was no key drop box, no instructions, and a sign on the door stating no after-hours returns. Completely misleading. I contacted Budget customer service, and they confirmed this location participates in after-hours returns. I was told I would be charged the $22 after-hours fee to leave the truck there since the office was closed. They were unable to reach anyone from that location and informed me they would be reporting them for not honoring their agreement on after hours drop off. I received a call from a staff member on Saturday. I explained that I was on my way back to TX and someone will drop the keys off

Absolutely fantastic customer service. After Avis in Peachtree Corners cancelled on my last minute and had absolutely awful customer service, this location stepped up and saved my bacon! They found a car for me, I was in and out of the location in 5 minutes and they were so pleasant, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this location and proud to say I will be renting from here only moving forward.

My sons car is in the shop and he is using mine for college, and I needed a car asap. I jave used Budget for years, but never a local one. I went online and saw they had the car class I usually get available and paid for pick up later the same day. I took a lyft and when I got there saw there were a couple of people waiting, one at the counter being waited on and a counter representative available. Gave him my name and he and the other person who I now know is the franchisee, began talking about nothing being available in my class. I asked how are they over booked when it was clearly available online and they said people arent returning them. Not my fault or issue, clean up your availability online. There should be a negative rating option. I rented a car through budget rental car websites for this location, they had good deals. I picked up my rental car went on my trip and returned the car no issues. I paid with my debit card since I only use my credit card for holds.The next day I noticed I forgot some personal small items in the rental car. I called and left two voicemail messages. No call back. After three days, I passed by and they told me they had received my messages,they contacted the new renter who said he would return my items. Two weeks later I noticed a charge of $55 on my credit card. I went onsite and talked to the guy who pulled up my records and said the charges were not them. When I showed him the credit card charge he said it’s not them since the charges show budget

Mark was super friendly and helpful at the counter, car was clean and nice and the rental was cheap. If we have any rental needs we will be back here.
