Budget Car Rental

Absolutely shocked at the customer service and sneaky tactics. Had to cancel my credit card because of this company. I booked a car online… told me I was lucky to even get a car.. I said why was that even possible to book? she responds with “that’s corporates problem, not mine”.. anyways already not off to a good start. Had to get the car detailed after I picked it up, full of milkshake spills, chewed sunflower seeds and food all over. It was the only car they had and her response was “rent from the airport next time if you want it more professionally cleaned where you’re going to pay more”. Have her saying this on camera. Anyways after spending $1,400 there.. I was going to rent the car for longer. She said “come into the store, and we will see if there’s another vehicle or if you can

I rented a vehicle from this location back in October. The original car I reserved was not available, and the associate was kind enough to offer a free upgrade, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when I got to the vehicle, it was dirty, smelled strongly of marijuana, and had an empty gas tank. I immediately returned to the counter and explained that I was uncomfortable driving that car due to the smell. I was told I could switch vehicles and that the paperwork would be settled when I returned the car. Unfortunately, I did not sign updated paperwork before leaving. When I returned the car two days later, I was charged an additional $127, supposedly for fuel. I explained that the original vehicle had been given to me empty, which is why I was switched to another car that had a full tank —

This is the place to rent a car!! So simple and easy...great customer service from GAIL.. car was pristine. If you are in this area and don't rent from them you are missing out!! When we arr back in this area this is the only place I am going...anyone staying at Bonita Terra this place is close by..go see Gail.. Thanks for making our trip memorable in your convertible mustang.. Keep up the good work

Do not rent from this place. We tried to rent a car online and when we arrived they had no cars available. I asked why this was our problem and she responded well it’s “your problem” because we don’t have a car for you. Absolutely horrible customer service and down right rude actually. Would have not given any stars however had to at least leave one star to post this.

GPS this place on your map because it is in a shopping mall type complex and could be a little hard to find. The 2018 Chevy Malibu I was scheduled to rent was not available... However they let me rent a 2018 Dodge Challenger with a hemi. Wow was I pleased. What a nice car. Would definitely rent from here again when I'm back in town
